I've seen firsthand how traditional training methods can fall short – endless slides, boring content, and a lack of real-world application. That's why I've dedicated my career to developing a more dynamic and unconventional approach to learning. I combine proven methodologies like ADDIE and Action Mapping with a deep understanding of human behaviour to create learning experiences that truly resonate with learners and deliver measurable results. I don't just build courses; I craft strategic learning journeys that empower individuals and drive organisational change.

With over 15 years of experience in the learning and development field, I've had the opportunity to work with diverse organisations across various sectors. I've honed my skills in instructional design, change management, and coaching, and I'm passionate about leveraging technology to create engaging and effective learning solutions. My experience has taught me that the key to successful learning is understanding what truly motivates people and designing experiences that cater to their individual needs and learning styles. I hold a Masters in Coaching Psychology, and have logged over 2500 hours of coaching, leading to my ICF PCC credential.
